Before joining we will provide a FREE introductory lesson to help you make the decision and answer any questions.

Upon joining the school all students for our Karate classes currently receive :

• A FREE Uniform 
• A FREE Training pack

 Updated COVID PROCEDURES : 

​General

• If you or your child feel in any way unwell before class, it’s very important that you stay at home.  You must not attend the class. If a person is in any way ill, repetitively coughing or sneezing at a class they will be asked to return home.
• Please arrive in your Karate suits, or Tai Chi training clothes.
• Whilst the new regulations allow spectators to attend we continue to restrict the number of people gathered in the hall.  We have found that children are able to focus better without the distraction of parents and spectators. Parents will still not be permitted inside the training area but will drop and collect children from the door. Spectators can view the classes from outside the hall. We do understand that for some children, Little Ninjas in particular, where children are very young or with special needs, there may be a requirement for the parent to be present and this will be assessed on a case by case basis.  If there is good reason, parents will be allowed to be present but we ask that they are quiet during the class and do not cause a distraction. 
• Whilst toilet facilities are available, please ensure children go to the toilet before arriving to the class.

  Arrival

• Arrive no more than 5 minutes early for the lesson, this is to avoid lots of people waiting in one area. 
• Children must not be dropped off early to watch the previous class and will not be allowed into the hall until their class starts. 
• On entering all students should sanitise their hands.

 End of class

• Parents must be on time for collecting their children.
• Children should wait for their Instructor to advise when and how to leave.

Admin

• You can only attend lessons that you are assigned and registered to. New members must book spaces in advance and can not just turn up.
• We will keep a register of all students attending classes.
• Please ensure that your contact details are correct and up to date. 
• We will ensure adequate ventilation opening windows / doors where possible to allow a free flow of fresh air from outside.

We must repeat the rule : If you feel in any way unwell before class it’s very important that you stay at home!
